The Challenge

The unique challenge was providing a world-class luxury executive experience that remained completely isolated from the vibration and 90dB+ noise levels of the adjacent manufacturing floor. We had to ensure a pristine boardroom environment just meters away from heavy industrial machinery.

The Solution

We utilized triple-glazed acoustic partitions and a completely separate structural foundation for the executive wing to eliminate vibration transfer. Materials like brushed steel, leather, and deep-veined marble were used to mirror the precision and quality of the automotive industry within a corporate setting.

Impact: The project achieved a 55dB sound reduction, successfully providing a silent, world-class executive environment that has since hosted numerous international board meetings and partnership negotiations.
