The Challenge

Managing the massive data-cabling and cooling requirements of a broadband headquarters without cluttering the minimalist, open-plan design was a complex technical task. We had to ensure that the infrastructure for thousands of connections was invisible yet easily accessible for IT maintenance teams.

The Solution

We implemented 'Smart-Floor' technical flooring and custom-fabricated structural spines in each workstation that hide all connectivity points. The server rooms were integrated into the primary aesthetic using smoked glass and specialized low-static lighting, making the company's technical core a visual highlight of the office layout.

Impact: The new design reduced IT setup and modification time by 60%, creating a visually seamless, futuristic workspace that has become a brand-leading asset for client tours and executive recruitment.
