The Challenge

The central challenge was modernizing a 40-year-old foundation with completely new MEP systems, high-speed data cabling, and centralized climate control, all while ensure that existing engineering operations on the ground floor were never interrupted.

The Solution

We executed a phase-by-phase 'stealth' construction strategy during non-operational hours and weekends. The technical spine of the building was retrofitted through secondary external structural jackets, allowing for a complete interior modernization without impacting the primary load-bearing walls of the legacy facility.

Impact: The project successfully modernized the facility with zero downtime for the engineering teams and improved the building's overall energy efficiency by 30%, making it a prime example of sustainable industrial adaptive-reuse.
